Partner Program – Kick-Off Checklist

You’ve created your profile, installed the widget and are ready to start selling! Now what?

We want to make sure you get the most out of our technology so you can shorten sales cycle, cut out the busy work and increase sales. So, we created you a checklist to help you do just that.

First Month:

  • Set your goals and let your dedicated Adistry Account Manager know what your priorities are and how they can support you.
  • Round up your sales team for a team training on Adistry & hold an organization-wide kickoff event to build enthusiasm for our new partnership
  • Provide Adistry content to release press release on our new partnership via email and social media
  • Schedule monthly check-ins with your dedicated Adistry Account Manager
  • Check out the data and resources Adistry will be sending you via email to empower you to sell more efficiently and easily
  • Ensure you are logging into Adistry regularly to check campaign status and orders

Second Month:

  • Review the goals met or missed and re-establish new goals and needs with your dedicated account manager
  • Send CEO communication to all employees on updates on technology (Adistry can provide copy for this to be sent by CEO)
  • Meet with your sales team and get feedback on their experience with Adistry so far – we take product feedback seriously and are building these tools for you!
  • Confirm that all members of the sales team have been trained
  • Check out the data and resources Adistry will be sending you via email to empower you to sell more efficiently and easily
  • Ensure you are logging into Adistry regularly to check campaign status and orders

 

Third Month:

  • Review the goals met or missed and re-establish new goals and needs with your dedicated account manager
  • Send CEO communication to all employees on updates on technology and results so far (Adistry can provide copy for this to be sent by CEO)
  • Meet with your sales team and get feedback on their experience with Adistry and report it back to your dedicated account manager.
  • Confirm that all members of the sales team have been trained
  • Check out the data and resources Adistry will be sending you via email to empower you to sell more efficiently and easily
  • Ensure you are logging into Adistry regularly to check campaign status and orders
